The Watercooler Text Editor provides two features not available on-line:
1) Longer text entry -- limited only by computer resources.
2) Replacement/editing of Text Editor entered postings. Postings entered
using the Text Editor can be modified AFTER posting to correct typos,
spelling, etc.
The Watercooler Text Editor doesn't use web services -- but relies on the older
more stable FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
To install the Watercooler Text Editor -- Download Here
Extract the 'mccooler.zip' file to the base of the C Drive (c:\)
Create a shortcut to the 'Watercooler.bat' file now located in c:\mccooler
You should also right click on properties of this shortcut and set it to
start 'Minimized'.
Note: The Watercooler Text Editor requires Java (JRE) to be installed.
